Our Guarantee
Our guarantee simply states that Clark Butterfly Farms LLC Guarantees our butterflies to Arrive Alive! We hand raise our butterflies to ensure that you will receive live, healthy butterflies to enjoy for your event. It is our policy to always include one extra butterfly per dozen sold just in case one should not survive the journey. In the unlikely event that the number of expired butterflies exceeds the amount we include at no charge, we will reimburse you for the pro-rated amount of the loss. We may require photos of the damaged product before a refund is issued. Any refund will be in the form of a business check postmarked within 10 days of notification.
