Cancellations

In order to recieve a refund in the event of a cancellation, we must be notified in writing either via email or postmarked correspondence no later than two weeks prior to the shipping date of your order. In this case, we will issue a refund less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded. Clark Butterfly Farms LLC does allow for weather related cancellations. The cancellation must be made four days in advance of the event date. The cancellation can be made via email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If we do not answer, leave a message with all pertinant details and send an email with the details as well. We must recieve the cancellation no later than 5:00 pm EST, four days prior to the event. For example, if the event is on Friday, the cancellation must be recieved by 5:00 pm EST on Monday. In this case, we will issue a refund less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made after the four day time period will not be refunded. It is the customers responsiblity to check the weather conditions for their event. Clark Butterfly Farms LLC cannot be held responsible for weather related conditions that prohibit the butterflies from flying, including rain, high wind, darkness, etc. and refunds will not be given for any such weather related condition.
